Tyre Foam Fill
Polyfill Airless™ is a polyurethane liquid that is pumped into pneumatic tyres to replace air with a resilient, synthetic elastomer core that eliminates dangerous and costly tire flats on off-the-road (OTR) equipment. Even in the most hazardous environments, tyres filled with Polyfill Ailess™ will never go flat. Despite cuts and punctures, filled tyres will keep performing - increasing productivity and eliminating costly downtime for field operators.
The greatest advantage of Polyfill Ailess™over other flatproofing options, including solid aperture tyres, is the smoother ride as a result of a substantially lower g-force transmission. Higher g-force transmission can cause operator injury and premature wear and tear on equipment components.
The patented PU blends are produced by Carlile Polyurethane Inc. and marketed under the TyrFil™ brand.
