Downtime from flat or damaged tyres can be extremely costly to fix as well as create additional problems such as backlogs in continuous service operations. Polyfill Airless can add substantial value to equipment, services and working conditions.
Polyfill liquid polyurethane is pumped into the tyre through the valve stem, replacing all of the air. Then the tyre is pressurized to its operating pressure by using the urethane. Within 24 to 48 hours, the mixture cures to a synthetic elastomer core that eliminates dangerous and costly tyre flats on industrial and off-the-road (OTR) equipment. Even in the most hazardous environments, tyres filled with Polyfill will never go flat. Despite cuts and punctures, filled tyres will keep performing - increasing productivity and eliminating costly downtime for field operators.
Polyfill Airless is applicable in all types of pneumatic tyres. (Non Highway Service). Restrictions may apply regarding the weight of the tyre/wheel combination. The speed is limited to 90 kmh (55 mph). With work cycles up to 4 hours. Want to know more about pro and cons? We are always there to help.
